I found out about the BioMat, several years ago in my Dr's office, at the ARE Clinic. When I laid on the Mini Pad, I felt an energy surge. It was a strange feeling. but I was so impressed that I ordered a bio mat. I did not have pain, but I bought it to see if it could help me sleep better. It did seem to calm down my racing mind, so I could sleep better.
I am 79, and am giving the Full size pad I bought to my daughter as it is now a bit too heavy for me to move it around . But I am ordering a mini one for myself. At my age, I'm "assuming" I will eventually get aches and pain……..and I want to have things on hand to help . I think the BioMat will be a good choice.
