Biomat is designed to be used with the Biomat cotton pad. The cotton pad improves Biomat performance and protects it from exposure to sweat, dirt, and oils. The cotton pad reduces conductive heat which can be felt on the surface of the skin so that we can experience more far infrared radiant heat which penetrates body tissues. All Biomats come with a cotton pad at time of purchase. You may or may not need this extra Biomat cotton pad. Cotton pads are machine washable.
All Biomats are designed to be used with the Biomat cotton pad. You may find that you need to have an extra Biomat Cotton Pad on hand. Or you may find that the one that comes with your Biomat at the time of purchase is enough.
